In Feb, I mentioned an article by my friend, Charlie, an ex-prisoner who is an outreach worker in a UK prison called Wormwood Scrubs. Charlie has posted a second article with a focus on Sue Hanisch, an incredibly brave woman who lost her leg during an IRA bombing.

"Letting go" is essential, yet few embrace it. It is a mistake to "go for the jugular"; it is better to tackle these things bit by bit, starting with the easier ones, and then, as your confidence increases, the more difficult ones. Zen
